Business Affairs Manager Learning Series

Definition

The Business Affairs Manager Learning Series is an ongoing training series about a variety of topics aimed at developing manager excellence. These 90-minute, introductory sessions are designed to help you build your skills in management and provide you with tools to retain your top and critical talent. Each interactive session will expose you to key concept, best practices, and approaches so you can immediately apply your learnings. 

Why is it important?

Whether you have years of experience or are new to the world of management, our sessions encourage you to learn, develop, and grow your skill to the next level. You will also have the opportunity to draw on the experience of surrounding managers, hear real-life situational examples, heed advice from our presenters during the open question forum, and ultimately boost confidence in your role.

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to these management learning sessions, we will be offering both managers and individual contributors several options to attend Managing Changes workshops. Stay tuned for the dates and times.

While these core management learnings were designed with people managers in mind, program/project managers may also find many of these sessions beneficial.  Please contact your HR partner if you’d like to extend an invitation to a program/project manager on your team.
